Brother Receives Silver Prize in the Gomez IR Site Ranking 2022

Brother Industries, Ltd. (President: Ichiro Sasaki) has received the Silver Prize in the Gomez IR Site Ranking 2022 from BroadBand Security, Inc. Gomez Consulting Dept. following last year.

The Gomez IR Site Rankings are conducted to evaluate the ease of use and information sharing of the IR sites of Japanese listed companies, and 2022 marks its 16th occasion. The IR sites are comprehensively ranked for excellence from an investor's perspective based on the four criteria of "ease of use," "abundance of financial and accounting information," "abundance of corporate and management information," and "proactiveness and innovation in information disclosure."

This year, 333 of the listed companies met the conditions for excellence (Gold Prize, 26 companies; Silver Prize, 164 companies; Bronze Prize, 143 companies), and Brother was ranked silver at 70th place.

Brother has made efforts to enhance its disclosure of information on its shareholder and investor website in order to provide shareholders, institutional investors, and other stakeholders in and outside Japan with financial and non-financial information in a timely and accurate manner, and to promote understanding of Brother. The company will continue to pursue further expansion of its shareholder and investor website and strive to continuously improve its corporate value through active communication with its stakeholders.
