Brother Receives Commendation Award of the 2022 Internet IR Award of Daiwa IR

Brother Industries, Ltd. (President: Ichiro Sasaki) has received the Commendation Award of the 2022 Internet IR Award from Daiwa Investor Relations Co. Ltd. (hereinafter Daiwa IR) for its website's "Investor Relations" page.

The Internet IR Award is given to companies listed by Daiwa IR after a review and evaluation of their homepage based on how their investor relations reflect the "5T&C^*" concept. This year, 155 of the 3,996 listed companies of Japan were awarded, with 10 receiving the Grand Prize, 12 receiving the Excellence Award, and 133 receiving the Commendation Award.

Brother has made efforts to enhance its disclosure of information on its shareholder and investor website in order to provide shareholders, institutional investors, and other stakeholders in and outside Japan with financial and non-financial information in a timely and accurate manner, and to promote understanding of Brother.
