Welcome to Brother Museum

The Brother Museum is designed to build relationships between the public and Brother. This museum, which consists of an entrance hall and three zones, displays Brother products which embody Brother's DNA of manufacturing fostered through its history of more than 100 years. You will be able to explore the past and present of Brother, a company that continues to take on challenges on the global stage.

Operating Status of Brother Museum

The Brother Museum is open to the public with several COVID-19 prevention measures in place. (except for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). To limit attendance in the museum, reservations are required for entry.

Health and Safety Requirements for Visitors

-Refrain from visiting the museum if you feel unwell or have a fever.

-Wear a face covering in the museum.

-Sanitize hands at the hand-sanitizing stations provided and wash hands in the restrooms.

-Maintain proper physical distancing from other visitors.

-Do not touch the exhibits.

-Avoid talking loudly, running around, and disturbing other visitors.

-Do not eat in the building.

-Do not arrange a group tour of 10 or more.

Museum Holidays Between August and October
The Brother Museum will be closed on August 11, 12, and 15, and September 19, 23 and October 10.
During the school summer holidays, we will open on Saturdays (except for August 13).

Information on the Brother Museum Audio Guide

We have introduced the Brother Museum Audio Guide, which explains some of the museum's exhibits. This audio guide is free and accessible by scanning the QR code displayed in the museum with your smartphone. It is useful for exploring the museum, offering commentaries on some of the exhibits and related movies in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.

This audio guide is also available anywhere at any time from any computer or smartphone with an Internet connection. We hope this guide will help you explore the Brother Museum.
